Guideline FARIO LW Bronze Reel

The Guideline FARIO LW reel stands out for its robust Truss-X construction features, adapted for a sleeker, more graceful look. The recessed reel foot brings the reel closer to the rod grip for improved balance and reduced torque during casting. A practical built-in leader holder keeps loose mono or fluorocarbon ends in place to prevent tangles.

This reel is equipped with a waterproof drag system featuring carbon and stainless steel discs, ensuring excellent performance. Smaller models (#2/4 and #4/6) offer a drag power of 1.3 kg, perfectly sufficient for trout fishing. The 360° drag adjustment provides precise settings, from minimal free-spooling to firm lockdown with consistently smooth line payout, ideal for confidently handling large fish even with thin leaders. For the needs of sea trout, migratory trout, and salmon anglers, the #6/8 model delivers a braking power of 3.3 kg.

Thanks to CNC machining and a slightly increased large arbor spool diameter, the FARIO LW ensures fast retrieve and ample backing capacity. The elegant bronze finish enhances its design. The reel comes with a protective nylon case that can also be used while the reel is mounted on a fly rod.
