Guidelines Fario CDC - WF

The Guideline Fario CDC WF is a favorite among many fly anglers targeting wary trout with light tackle in clear, small waters. This fly line, characterized by a very low diameter, easily cuts through the wind, allowing for long casts and a delicate presentation even with long, thin leaders.

Its front taper, though short, is balanced to transfer mass and power in a controlled manner. The relatively long belly and rear taper ensure a parallel flight path for the loop sections. This helps you make aerial corrections during the final forward cast, as the line stays a bit higher in the air throughout its travel to the back. The extremely thin yet dense coating ensures excellent floatation despite the reduced diameter. Built on a 12 lb braided multifilament core, this gray/green line features welded loops on both ends for easy connections. The color change clearly indicates the transition between the belly and the running line. Sizes #2-#4 are 25m long, while #5-#6 are 27.5m.
