My perfect compromise between naturalness and attraction.

I'm often asked which nymph I'd use if I could only choose one to fish a stream. The answer lies in this selection. I've designed it for all the "average" situations I encounter during my Dolomitico Fly Fishing trips.

I wanted to combine the spiky, lively texture of hare fur with shiny synthetic tags. This selection features the six models I consider the best hunters in the Dolomites:

Martini: A classic that never fails in rough waters.

Hare Olive: Perfect shade to imitate baetis hatchings.

Pulga and Caddis : Essential caddis imitations for our waters.

Pink Tag: The model with the pink dot that triggers aggression.

Pink and Brown: A color combination that always brings surprises.

The hare convinces the trout of the authenticity of the prey, while the flash point is the secret to getting noticed in the white currents.

Box Configuration: Each selection contains 18 nymphs (3 for each model listed above). Choose the variant based on the strength of your stream:

Heavy Variant (My choice for sustained currents):

12 Nymphs (6 pairs, one per model) on #14 Hook with 3.5mm Tungsten Bead
6 Nymphs (one per model) on #16 Hook with 3.0 mm Tungsten Ball

Light Variant (My choice for flats and scrapers):
